Here are some tips on how to use Purely Said:

Listen to the voice over tracks that resonate with you the most.
Take some time to reflect on the words that are being said.
Use the audio tracks as a way to motivate yourself and stay positive.
Share the voice-over tracks with others who may need to hear them.
Be patient and don't give up on yourself.

It was suggested that we expand Purely Said to help support and motivate others. So we added several new tracks that do just that.

I realize not everyone likes to download audio, or even watch YouTube, so I thought CDs would be an easier way of aiding others. You can pop a CD into your car’s CD player and listen to it while driving to work. Or like being in the hospital, sometimes people bring CD/DVD players to keep themselves entertained. I thought it would be a good idea to have the option to create a CD should anyone wish it.

The CD is meant to comfort those in need, and/or in pain. Seeking human comfort where there is none. Whether it’s just before surgery and the person has no one or just someone suffering day to day ailments.

Target your needs:

If you suffer from bullying, you might want to consider voice tracks: 9 Female voice, Track 6 and 7 Female voice over, Track 4 Male voice.

If you are feeling really depressed and possibly suicidal, you might want to consider voice-over track: 4 Male voiceover, Track 6 and 7 Female voice, Track 9 Female voice.

If you are going through loss of a loved one, you might want to consider vocal tracks: 1-5 Female voice track, Tracks 1-3 Male, and Track 5 Male.

If you suffer from addiction, just about every voiceover track will help.
