Please be reminded, if you disagree with any terms stated, do not make use of this website either to download content or provide voiceover services.

Voice recordings provided by this site may be reproduced for personal use only with a maximum of two (2) hard copy CD’s. The content supplied by this site cannot be used for resale or profit. No profit or exchange of goods will be made from media supplied as donation. Purely Said reserves the right to republish any material contributed free of charge. No material provided by this site can be reproduced without prior written approval from Purely Said. Doing so without our permission would be a breach of our copyright, disclaimer, and terms of service. Reselling of the copyrighted media files by any person or entity is prohibited, and could result in legal action.

Donated tracks should belong to actual voice donor or be willing to supply written legal permission to copyright files to PurelySaid.com. Purely Said must have full knowledge of where the files came from for legal reasons. Anonymous is welcome, but must be avoided to some extent. Music added to audio tracks are welcome as well but please know, we can not have any copyrighted music. Please disclose where or how you got the music you may have added to your audio tracks to avoid any potential issues. Thank you.

Files are uploaded to Google drive because Purely Said is not asking for any money. This means hosting, and domain expenses are purely our own. In order to keep the site alive files are stored for free. Audio files are still copyrighted to PurelySaid.
